To jewelry manufacturers - to ensure that only gemstones of a quality certified by an independent gemological laboratory can be used in jewels.
To the general public – besides gemstone identification, we also carry out correct, impartial and sales-independent value appraisals. We verify whether the quality of previously bought jewels and gemstones corresponds to the data of the relevant certificates. We offer consultancy services and help in the purchase of new jewels and gemstones.

Evaluation of gemstones and jewels
In compliance with the international practice, the gemstone identification and expert certificates issued by our laboratory do not include any monetary values. Our laboratory is ready to issue evaluation certificates which determine the monetary values of the gemstones and jewels. When preparing the evaluation certificates, we take into account the quality-dependent prices for precious metals and gemstones in the world market at the given time, and the uniqueness and physical condition of the jewels as well as their demand-dependent availability in the market. Our independence of the jewelry traders and manufacturers ensures objective and impartial evaluation. Our evaluation fees do not depend on the appraised money value of the examined objects.
Personal consultation
We offer personal consultancy services by appointment for the purchase of gemstones and jewels, even if the purchases are planned for investment purposes. Consultations may also take place outside the laboratory.
